Firas Haddad
After more than two decades working in the medical field, Firas Haddad had seen something that never stopped bothering him: the people who needed care the most were often the ones waiting the longest. Patients sent home from hospital with a follow-up sheet and no real support. Families quietly piecing things together on their own. Seniors fully capable of living at home, except for the few hours a week they couldn't manage alone.
Peridot wasn't built from a business plan. It grew out of that gap. Firas founded Peridot Home Care on a simple conviction: that receiving help at home shouldn't feel like a last resort, and that the caregivers doing this work deserve to be treated with the same dignity as the people they serve.
That belief shapes every hire, every care plan, and every family we take on.
