Our core coverage is 16 communities across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley: Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley, Delta, White Rock, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack. We also serve other communities throughout BC on a case-by-case basis, especially for veterans on VAC coverage and palliative situations. If your community isn't on the list, call us anyway.

Yes, in most cases. We deliberately recruit caregivers who live in the communities they serve so they know the neighbourhoods, the routes to local hospitals and clinics, and can respond quickly. Where coverage is thinner, our backup caregivers travel from neighbouring cities.

Care typically begins within 24 to 48 hours of your free assessment. For urgent situations like a hospital discharge or an emergency respite need, we can often place a caregiver the same day, including in cities where coverage is lighter.

No travel fee for cities on our service list. For care requested outside our standard areas, we'll talk through any travel charge transparently before you commit, and only with your approval.
