Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications via various routes (oral, subcutaneous, IM)
• Perform skilled nursing procedures (catheter care, G-tube care, injections)
• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform wound cleansing, debridement, and dressing changes
• Apply compression therapy and specialized wound care treatments
• Monitor and document wound healing progress
• Monitor vital signs and overall health status
• Educate clients and families on health management

Responsibilities
